The reception at SEPHS Hotel and The Tower Sports Hostel is open daily from 07.00 to 23.00. Our team is on hand throughout the day to help you and answer any questions you may have. You can visit reception for information about the Sports & Talentpark, the hotel and hostel, the on-site facilities, your room or stay, and practical matters during your visit.
We’re also happy to help with any questions you may have about your booking, check-in and check-out, local activities and what’s on offer at our Proeflokaal. Whether you’re looking for tips for your stay, need further information or could do with a bit of help with anything, our team is here to assist you.

Start your day off right with our extensive breakfast buffet, provided by our Proeflokaal. Breakfast is served daily in The Lobby, where you can enjoy a varied selection of fresh and healthy options in a peaceful setting.

Are you setting off early or will you be out and about all day? If so, our Foodbag is a practical and tasty solution for when you’re on the go. The Foodbag comes in a handy paper carrier bag and contains a complete breakfast or lunch pack, so you can start the day well prepared.
Would you like to order a Foodbag? If so, please contact the reception at SEPHS Hotel. We recommend that you book your Foodbag in good time so that it is ready for you when you need it.
Night entrance
The front door of SEPHS Hotel is locked after 23.00. However, you can enter and leave the hotel at any time via the back door.
Please use your room card for this, as it also serves as your access pass for the building. Please therefore ensure you always have your room card with you when you leave the hotel.
If you experience any problems with your room key or accessing the building, please contact reception during opening hours.
Air conditioning & heating
With the Madoka Controller mounted on the wall, you can easily control the temperature in your room. Please bear in mind that the system takes a little while to adjust the temperature.

Slippers
Have you forgotten your flip-flops, or would you like to use a pair during your stay? Flip-flops are available from the reception at SEPHS Hotel.

The Tower - Practical information
Breakfast, lunch & dinner
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included as standard with your stay. Would you still like to enjoy one of our meals? If so, you’re very welcome to visit the sports restaurant, brought to you by Chapeau Catering, in The Tower.

At the Proeflokaal Watersley, situated in the basement of the historic monastery, you are most welcome to join us for lunch, dinner or a relaxing drink. The Proeflokaal offers an atmospheric setting where hospitality, fine flavours and relaxation come together.

During your stay, you are welcome to use the MODI Gym. Guests must always check in at reception before entering the gym.

Sunday: closed
On weekdays, you can use the gym until 17.00, provided you have registered. Would you like to work out after 17.00? Please ask at reception in advance; access is subject to availability.
Use of the gym on Saturdays is only permitted if a booking has been made at least 24 hours in advance.
Monestary garden
The historic Watersley Monastery Garden is a special place where nature, tranquillity and sustainability come together. Organic vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown here with great care, some of which are used in the dishes served at the Proeflokaal.
The garden is a green oasis on the grounds and invites you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while. Take a stroll past the various flowerbeds, enjoy the scents and colours of the season, and experience the tranquillity of this unique spot.
Whether you’re looking for a moment of relaxation or are curious about what’s growing and blooming, the Kloostertuin is definitely worth a visit during your stay at Watersley.
Cycling Museum
Watersley has a rich cycling history, which is reflected in the Watersley Cycling Museum. In this museum, you can explore the development of cycling through a collection of unique bicycles, memorabilia, photographs and stories from the past.
The museum offers an insight into the history of cycling and highlights the role played by Watersley and Limburg in national and international cycling. For lovers of cycling, sport and history, a visit to the Cycling Museum is a lovely way to round off your stay.

E-bike
Explore the Limburg Hills with ease. Hop on an e-bike and enjoy rolling roads, green vistas and picturesque villages. Ideal for a leisurely ride, a brisk ride after your workout or a day of discovery.

Take a moment to collect your thoughts
As a guest, you are most welcome to visit the chapel’s meditation room at Watersley. This atmospheric and peaceful space offers a place for silence, reflection, prayer or a moment to yourself.
The entrance to the chapel is on the first floor of the hotel. The meditation room is open daily from 08.00 to 22.00 and is available to all guests who wish to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet during their stay.
Activities
Pumptrack
At the Sports & Talentpark, you’ll find a challenging pump track suitable for cyclists, skaters, scooter riders, and other wheeled athletes. Thanks to the turns, bumps, and elevation changes, you can build up speed without pedaling—simply by using your body movements on the course.
The pump track is open to all guests staying at SEPHS Hotel and The Tower, and offers fun for beginners and experienced riders alike. It’s a great way to stay active during your stay at Watersley.

Mindwalk
The Mindwalk at Watersley is a unique walking trail that combines exercise and relaxation. During the walk, you’re invited to consciously take in your surroundings, unwind, and enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings of Watersley.
The route is suitable for anyone who wants to get some gentle exercise and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The Mindwalk booklet is available from the reception at SEPHS Hotel for €5.
Walking & cycling
Watersley is the ideal base from which to explore the beautiful countryside of South Limburg. A variety of walking and cycling routes start from the grounds, taking you past woods, hills, picturesque villages and stunning views.
Whether you opt for a leisurely walk or a challenging cycle ride, there’s a suitable route for every level.

Escape trail
The thrill of an escape room, but outdoors! You have exactly 2 hours to unravel the mystery of Watersley. Make your way around the whole park, solve complex puzzles and piece together clues to find the hidden safe. Will you manage to crack the code before time runs out?
The Escape Trail can be booked at the reception of SEPHS Hotel.
Cost: €19.50 for 2 people.
Each additional person costs €3.00, up to a maximum of 6 people.
Fit & Mind
During your stay, you can take part in the Fit & Mind group classes at Watersley. These classes combine exercise, relaxation and wellbeing and are suitable for all levels.

Proeflokaal Watersley is Watersley’s culinary gathering place, located in the former kitchen of the historic Franciscan monastery. Here, sports, health, and hospitality come together in a unique setting, surrounded by nature and history.
