Are you a passionate female ice hockey player between 13 and 19 years old? Join the Watersley Academy Tryouts and experience what it is like to train and develop within the Watersley performance environment.
This exclusive talent identification and development day gives young athletes the opportunity to work with experienced coaches, improve their skills, and discover the unique approach of the Watersley Girls Academy.
Led by national team coaches, participants will take part in a comprehensive program focused on technical development, physical performance, and mental skills.
The program includes:
- 2 on-ice training sessions
- 1 specialized strength & conditioning session
- 2 off-ice training sessions
- 1 mental performance workshop
- Lunch for participant and parent/guardian
- Dinner for participant and parent/guardian
- Official Tryout T-shirt
- Guided tour of the Watersley Sports & Talentpark campus
Who can join?
Girls aged 13 to 19 who are passionate about ice hockey and eager to develop their talent.
